Marketing Communications Manager
As a native of California, Jessica Cline currently resides in the beautiful mountains of rural southwest Virginia where she was raised her entire life. Upon graduating Marion Senior High School in 2002 she attended Radford University where she proudly achieved a Bachelor of Science degree.
In fall 2009, Jessica joined the United Way of Russell and Washington Counties team where she now serves the Marketing and Communications Manager. She is responsible for developing, overseeing, and implementing United Way's communications plan through the management of all activities in communications, public relations, advertising, website management, special events and promotions. Before joining United Way, Jessica worked for a local investing firm. In addition, she serves as a member of the National Notary Association.
Jessica has a personal desire to meet the needs of her local community. She is involved in various church activities and in her spare time she enjoys exploring the outdoors, working out, and spending quality time with her family and Siberian husky, Lakota.
