Secretary
Tammy joined the Food City team in 1987 after graduating from Abingdon High School. Prior to assuming her current role of Marketing/Store Operations Coordinator, she held a number of positions, including data entry clerk, receptionist, administrative assistant, executive assistant, assistant office manager, retail pricing specialist, ValuCard Coordinator and promotions coordinator. She is responsible for the coordination of a number of Food City race related projects and other special events, as well as media relations/communication and is also a member of the Store Operations team.
Tammy is very active within her local church, serving as a Sunday School teacher and their primary event planner and coordinator. She assists a number of other civic organizations as well, including the United Way of Russell and Washington Counties, where she currently serves as Board Secretary. Tammy and her husband, Glen reside in Bristol, Tennessee.
